Foundation – What is pre-university?

If a student completed exams in secondary school, studying a period of fewer than 13 years, and wishes to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in the UK, he needs to study a Foundation course at the University or College UK. The Foundation course is for international students who are, or have completed high school and want to get their first bachelor’s degree in the UK. The Foundation course usually lasts 1 year to equip international students with English as well as academic skills to easily enter a Bachelor’s degree at a university in the UK.

The Foundation Program is an appropriate option for students who have not studied in the UK education program but wish to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in the UK. The Foundation Program will bridge your current educational gap and admission requirement to a UK university, improve your English skills, and familiarize you with culture and life.

Foundation courses

Foundation courses equip students with foundation knowledge in many faculties such as Commerce, Finance and Management, Computer, Law, Design and Arts, Engineering, Social Sciences, Medicine, Science and Pharmacy, Media, and Humanities.

Some schools that offer preparatory courses are partners of universities. Students can transfer to the university if they meet the required score. Programs are held on campus so that students can stay on campus, enjoy all the benefits of the university such as access to libraries, sports areas, and facilities.
